What does the scheme cost to run?

Nothing until someone orders. There is no platform fee, subscription, headcount minimum or contract — you pay the all-in per-pair price (£119–£199 by lens type) when an employee orders. Optional Coverage is £35 per Rx employee per year.

How fast can we roll out across multiple sites?

Most multi-site programmes are live within a week. Sites, hazard profiles and people are added once; every location runs through the same portal and one compliance dashboard.

Do employees need a separate eye test?

Accepted Answer

No. They photograph the prescription from their own optician — the same one behind their everyday glasses — and our opticians verify it before glazing. No second test, no dispensing appointment, no lost hours.

Can we keep invoiced terms instead of a card?

Accepted Answer

Yes — approved accounts on invoiced terms are arranged on the implementation call. Otherwise a card is captured at first order, never at sign-up.
